Movistar to increase call set-up fee on selected plans

Movistar (Telefonica) has increased the basic call set-up fee payable by users of two of its plans, Habla 24H and Contrato Basico Personal. The fee payable for establishing a connection between two phone users regardless of minutes has been rounded up to EUR 0.20 (including VAT). The call set-up fee payable on other plans that don't include a flat rate is EUR 0.15 plus VAT (18.15 eurocents).
