Mozambique sees 2% drop in mobile users to 14 million

There were 14.0 million mobile telephony subscribers in Mozambique at the end of 2019, down 2 percent on the previous year, according to the annual report of the National Communications Institute of Mozambique (INCM). Vodacom was market leader with 7.22 million subscribers or 49 percent of the total, followed by Movitel with 3.72 million (28%) and Tmcel with 2.83 million (23%).
