M:tel partners with Alepo to launch mobile offload and public Wi-Fi

Bosnian operator m:tel has partnered with network and software solutions provider Alepo to launch a range of new free and paid Wi-Fi plans from December 2018. The operator is upgrading the Wi-Fi core with Alepo's WiFi Service Management Platform (SMP). The Alepo WiFi SMP will give m:tel the ability to create captive portals and location-based offers, while extending the same capability to affiliates, who will also be able to create their own hotspots with flexible revenue-sharing arrangements.
