MTG completes sale of Hungarian free-TV channels

MTG completed the sale of its Hungarian free-TV operations, comprising the channels Viasat3 and Viasat6 and the catch-up service Viasat Play, to Sony Pictures Television (SPT) Networks, after receiving the regulatory approval by the Hungarian competition authority. The operations will be deconsolidated from MTG's accounts from 1 November. Any net effect from the transaction will be reported as a non-recurring item in MTG's income statements.
