MTG lifts stake in Turtle to 82.48%, writes down Zoomin.TV assets

Modern Times Group (MTG) said it has increased stake in Turtle Entertainment, the operator of the ESL brand, by 8.44 percent to 82.48 percent for a cash consideration of EUR 14.3 million. MTG acquired the shares from the founders and members of the management team.
