MTN Congo commits to improve quality of services after complaints

MTN Congo promised to improve the quality of its services following complains from its customers, reports Ecofin. A trust agreement was signed on 24 October by the telecom operator and the consumer association, setting a legal framework for the commitments. Mermans Babounga, executive secretary of the Congolese observatory for consumers' rights said they reached an agreement after three years of persistent complaints from consumers.
