MTN Ghana contests NCA's SMP designation

MTN Ghana has begun an appeal against the National Communications Authority's move to declare the company a significant market power, Citinews reported.  MTN Ghana said there are ongoing discussions with the regulator to decide on the way forward. However, as the NCA has already moved with implementation of the decision, the mobile operator decided to seek redress at the law court.
