MTN has been taking Nigerian Subscribers for a ride for many years. The company had performed far below international Business best practices. You can imagine the very poor customer relations it had practiced for some years now.The customer care dedicates one phone line to a customer population of about 50 Million. if a customer has a complaint and he calls the customer care, he may hang on for over 1hr before he is attended to. In most cases, you are are cut off without any attention to your complaint. The services is terribly bad.. If the Group CEO resigns, it does not changing anything until there is a complete shake up within the organization. What the company know how to do best is to engage in deceptive promotions to extort money from its gullible subscribers. Thanks, Richardson, an MTN Subscriber from Nigeria.
