MTN Irancell makes changes to direct top-ups

MTN Irancell has announced some changes to direct top-ups. Using the new method, once the amount is paid through the bank portal, it will be deducted from the subscriber's bank account and added to the mobile number account. This way, the amount of VAT will be added to the recharge sum, and the total will be deducted directly from the subscriber's account.
