MTN Nigeria denies claims of improper repatriation of funds

MTN Nigeria has strongly denied allegations of improper repatriation of money out of Nigeria by the company. The Nigerian Senate has resolved to investigate the claims that MTN had illegally repatriated USD 13.92 billion over ten years, in collusion with a number of commercial banks. MTN Nigeria CEO Ferdi Moolman said the allegations are completely "unfounded and without any merit".
