MTN Nigeria picks Nokia to supply customer service platform

MTN Nigeria has launched the first phase of a Customer Experience Management (CEM) platform using a cognitive analytical tool based on generated data about the customer, ThisDay reported. It will allow MTN to monitor its network as well as customer behaviour from an operation centre and address any problems rapidly.  Nokia is providing the software, hardware and technical assistance that is driving the CEM platform.
