MTN Nigeria to deploy 5G in next two years

MTN Nigeria will start the commercial deployment of 5G before 2020, reports CommunicationsWeek citing CEO Ferdi Moolman. He said 5G would attract investment in health, education and business. He said MTN signed an agreement with Ericsson in 2017 to collaborate on the roll-out of 5G infrastructure in South Africa as a trial.
