MTN Rwanda enables parking fee payments in Kigali via mobile money

MTN Rwanda and Kigali Veterans Cooperatives Society (KVCS) have signed a deal to enable motorists in Kigali pay their parking fees using the MTN mobile money service. KVCS is in charge of collecting parking fees in Kigali. The partnership seeks to digitise parking fees collection, enabling motorists to make instant payments using their mobile phones, according to Frank Ntabana, the KVCS managing director.
