MTN Rwanda inks partnership deal with Facebook

MTN Rwanda has announced as partnership deal with Facebook, to roll-out a service that allows MTN subscribers to access Facebook for free. Called Facebook Flex, this is a parallel launch to the partnership between Facebook and Tigo Rwanda in 2017. Facebook Flex will allow MTN customers to chat, post, comment, like, or share for free through Facebook.com or the Facebook app.
