MTN SAfrica takes steps to improve bank and SIM security

MTN South Africa says it has noted the reports about customers losing money from their personal bank accounts, and assured them that it has put systems in place to improve security. It continuously reassesses the applicability of such security controls but as with any such systems, it said unscrupulous individuals will always explore ways of circumventing them.
