MTN South Africa ranked low in customer satisfaction

MTN South Africa is lagging behind rivals Vodacom, Telkom and Cell C in customer satisfaction, according to new research that shows the industry is broadly not faring well in keeping clients happy, according to a study by Techcentral. The study noted that although average customer satisfaction scores with wireless internet providers has improved slightly over the past year, the industry is among the five lowest measured across 21 different sectors.
