MTN Uganda signs payment service with Bank of Africa

MTN Uganda Mobile Money customers with accounts at Bank of Africa (BOA) Uganda can now deposit and withdraw cash from their bank accounts through their Mobile Money accounts. The initiative from MTN and several other partner banks and financial institutions is part of MTN's efforts at ensuring greater and more affordable financial access. This means Mobile Money customers do not need to visit a physical bank branch. In addition to Bank of Africa, the service is now supported by Stanbic, Centenary, Pride Microfinance and DCFU Bank.
