MTS Belarus upgrades 3G network along railway lines

Mobile operator MTS Belarus has raised the coverage of its 3G network alongside the country's main international railway lines. About 51 new base stations were built on railways connecting Gomel and Gudogay, Brest and Orsha, as well as Zhlobin with Vitebsk. Current 3G base stations have also been upgraded. The upgrade is related to the II European Games set to take place in Belarus.
