MTS fined for using Megafon's colours

Russian federal competition watchdog FAS has recognised that mobile operator MTS violated the Law on Competition, reports Comnews.ru. MTS sold starter packages featuring colours typical for the mobile operator Megafon in its shops this January. Megafon submitted a complaint to the regulator. The watchdog announced that it is the first such case in the Russian mobile market. MTS may face a fine totaling up to RUB 500,000.
