MTS lauches Smart City system on NB-IoT network in Arsk

Russian mobile operator MTS has launched a pilot Smart City system in the town of Arsk in the Republic of Tatarstan, based on NB-IoT (Narrow Band IoT). Video-surveillance, parking monitoring, remote collection of data from power-metres, and other functions are now available.
