MTS says Green Point acquisition worth RUB 1.37 billion

Russian operator MTS has disclosed the value of its acquisition of the telecommunications holding company Green Point, reports Cnews.ru. The operator paid RUB 1.37 billion for a 51 percent stake in Green Point in the deal finalised in February.
