MTS starts upgrading fixed network in Barnaul

Russian operator MTS has completed the first stage of the upgrade of its fixed network in the city of Barnaul in the Altay region. More than 120,000 residents have become able to use broadband of up to 1 Gbps. Around 50,000 households have been covered in the industrial part of the city.
