MTS Turkmenistan revenues up to TMT 27 mln in Q4

MTS Turkmenistan saw its revenues in Q4 2012 increase to TMT 27 million from TMT 3.3 million in Q3 2012. On 30 August 2012, MTS re-launched its network in Turkmenistan and allowed existing subscribers to reactivate SIM cards. On 1 October 2012, MTS began commercial sales of new Sim cards. OIBDA was TMT 8.5 million in the fourth quarter compared to OBITDA loss of 9.5 million in Q3 2012, and the OIBDA margin was 31.5 percent. Net income was TMT 8.5 million in the quarter compared to net loss of TMT 9.5 million in Q3 2012. As of Q4 2012, the number of subscribers was 1.440 million and the
