MTS upgrades network in Kaliningrad, Karelia

Russian mobile operator MTS has upgraded its network in the Kaliningrad region, reports Comnews.ru. Capacity of the network was increased alongside motorways from the city of Kaliningrad to two border-crossing points to Poland. New base stations have been deployed there.
