MultiChoice Group liquidates Vast Networks after failing to find buyer

MultiChoice Group and Dimension Data decided to liquidate public Wi-Fi hotspot provider Vast Networks after several attempts to sell it failed over about eighteen months, TechCentral reported. MultiChoice owned 48 percent of Vast's equity and Dimension Data held 52 percent. They came close to signing sale agreements on several occasions, but each time, these fell through at the last moment.
