M.Video closes Eldorado acquisition deal

Russian mobile retail chain M.Video has closed the deal on the acquisition of the retail chain Eldorado, reports Tdaily.ru. The takeover is worth RUB 45.5 billion, excluding debts of Eldorado. All companies are controlled by the Safmar group.
