MWeb launches new FTTH packages

Friday 6 March 2015 | 09:43 CET | News
South African ISP MWeb has announced its high-speed fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) rollout and pricing, in line with planned fibre line rollout by Telkom, MyBroadband reported. MWeb says it will offer customers access to FTTH lines across South Africa, along with its data services and pricing packages. The statement follows a recent announcement by the ISP that it will also work with private fibre provider Vumatel to bring its services to areas in Gauteng and the Western Cape. MWeb GM Carolyn Holgate said the 100GB @100Mbps package costs ZAR 1,199 per month.
