MyFC names Fingerprint Cards' Lantto as new director

MyFC, a Swedish company that has developed several portable fuel cell chargers for small electronics such as mobile phones, cameras and tablet, said it will hold an EGM to elect Jorgen Lantto as a new director and to issue him with SEK 5 million of shares.
