MyTF1VOD comes to Fransat Connect

Eutelsat-owned French satellite TV platform Fransat has added the MyTF1VOD platform from commercial broadcaster TF1 to the Fransat Connect interactive portal. Launched in June, Fransat Connect offers homes with an at least 2 Mbps broadband connection access to interactive services through a Fransat STB or Sony and Philips TVs that connects to the internet. The portal uses the HbbTV standard. MyTF1VOD offers over 6,000 programmes costing between EUR 1.99 and EUR 5.99, including major films four months after cinema release and access to US series 24 hours after they broadcast in the US.
