N26 reaches USD 9 bln valuation after Series E funding round

Digital bank N26 said it has raised USD 900 million in a Series E funding on a USD 9 billion valuation. New York-based tech investors Third Point Ventures and Coatue Management led the funding round. Dragoneer Investment Group and N26's existing investors also participated in the Series E funding. Goldman Sachs Bank Europe acted as the placement agent for the round.
