Naspers FY revenues up 6%, core EPS beats expectations

African internet and entertainment group Naspers said that revenues as measured on an economic interest basis, including the proportionate contribution from associates and joint ventures, grew 6 percent to USD 12.2 billion in the year to 31 March. This was driven by growth at Tencent, as well as the classifieds, travel and e-tail segments within e-commerce. Some 77 percent of revenues were generated outside of South Africa.
