Naspers raises EUR 1.5 bln from sale of 1.4% stake in Prosus

Naspers has sold 22 million shares, or 1.4 percent, in Prosus, its internet holding company listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange. The move reduces Naspers' stake to 72.5 percent from 73.8 percent, and increases the free float to 27.5 percent from 26.2 percent.
