Naspers subsidiary Prosus to acquire up to USD 5 bln in Naspers and Prosus shares

Naspers subsidiary Prosus has announced its intention to acquire up to USD 5 billion in Naspers and Prosus shares. This follows earlier actions such as the unbundling of MultiChoice Group and the listing of Prosus on Euronext Amsterdam in 2019. The purchase of Naspers and Prosus shares is an investment in the group's internet portfolio.
