Nationale-Nederlanden PTE raises stake in Orange Poland beyond 5%

The management board of Orange Poland has announced that the pension fund NationaleNederlanden has notified it that it has increased its stake in the Polish operator from 4.96 percent to 5.01 percent. As a result of all transactions referred to in the notifications, Nationale-Nederlanden Open Pension Fund held almost 65.782 million shares in Orange Poland as of 03 August, accounting for 5.01 percent of the share capital and corresponding to 5.01 percent of the total number of votes.
