NBN Co expands networks in Tasmania

The Australian company rolling out the National Broadband Network, NBN Co, has switched on the network for an additional 10,600 homes and businesses across Tasmania. Some 4,300 premises are covered by fibre while 6,300 premises are covered with fixed-wireless technology. A total of over 34,000 homes and businesses are now able to access the NBN in Tasmania.
