NBTC approves concession transition plan

The board of Thailand's National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission has approved the draft plan that will allow TrueMove and Digital Phone Co (DPC) to continue serving 2G customers after their concession with CAT Telecom expires. During the one-year transition period, revenues from the service must be transferred to the government after deducting expenses, The Nation reports.
