NBTC urges 1,800 MHz spectrum auction launch

Thailand's National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) has urged the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO), the junta which rules the country since the recent military coup, to auction 1,800MHz spectrum licences. NBTC secretary-general Takorn Tantasith said the regulator will draw up details to clarify this point with the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) this week, Nation Multimedia reports.
