NCA says SIM registrations will curb fraud and secure transactions

The Ghanaian National Communications Authority (NCA) director-general Joe Anokye says he is confident that SIM registrations that began on 01 October will become a cornerstone for Ghana's transformation, The Times reported. It should help to develop a SIM database to help curb fraudulent activities and secure SIM card-based transactions.
