NCA seeks more information before allowing merger of Tigo and Airtel

The Ghanaian National Communications Authority (NCA) says the proposed merger of Airtel and Tigo is expected to be delayed until the two companies complete the necessary regulatory processes, Citi Business News reported. The NCA has confirmed that it has received a joint application for a merger of Airtel Ghana and Millicom Ghana, the operator of Tigo.
