NCC arrests four people with 70 pre-registered SIM cards

Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC) has arrested four suspects involved in selling pre-registered SIM cards in Jigawa, reports CommunicationsWeek. Salisu Abdu, head of the enforcement unit said that the suspects were arrested at Hakimi Street and the new market in Dutse, the state capital, in collaboration with the state's Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.
