NCC discloses requirements for Proof of Concept trial licences

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) said that it has recently been "inundated" with requests from the industry for trial frequencies in certain spectrum bands for the purpose of verification of certain concepts and theories. In line with international best practices, the regulator has set out its requirements.
