NCC examines funding, licensing options for fibre infrastructure

The Nigerian Communications Commission has created a committee to review the framework for licensing infrastructure companies and recommend viable funding options for implementing the proposed national fibre project. This follows recommendations made in the Nigerian National Broadband Plan 2020-2025 and the need to evaluate the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on the plans.
