NCC may withdraw licences of six operators over alleged call masking and refilling

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) says it may withdraw operating licences for six operators over call masking and refilling, reports The Guardian. The affected operators were found to be using call masking and refilling to dump international traffic. The affected operators are Interconnect Clearing House, Medallion Communications, Nicconx Communications, Breeze Micro, Solid Interconnectivity and Exchange Telecommunications.
