NCC plans regular financial stress test for telecom operators

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has developed a monitoring and compliance plan effective from the fourth quarter of 2017 to conduct periodic stress tests on its telecommunications licensees, in order to ascertain their viability as going concerns under extant laws, reports The Leadership.
