NCC plans to set up CSIRT to fight cyber crime

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) said it plans to set up a Computer Security Incidence Response Team (CSIRT) to help contain cyber crimes in the telecom sector, reports TechEconomy. NCC CEO Umar Danbatta said the equipment for setting up a laboratory have been supplied, adding that configuration will soon begin.
