NCC receives delegation from Guinea-Bissau regulator

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) head Umar Garba Danbatta has shared his experiences of regulatory models, approaches and best practices with delegation from Autoridade Reguladora Nacional (ARN), the Telecom National Regulatory Authority of Guinea-Bissau. The ARN delegation made a week-long benchmarking visit to the NCC.
