NCC says about 10 million people have activated Do Not Disturb short code

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) said about 10 million people have activated the Do Not Disturb (DND) 2442 short code, reports The Nigerianvoice. This compares with less than 1 million before the publicity campaign, said Umar Garba Danbatta, head of NCC.
