NCC sets up 622 toll-free customer careline for complaints

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has set up a 622 toll-free customer careline for consumers to call with mplaints if they feel they have been under-served by their network provider, CommunicationsWeek reported. The agency advised consumers to first call their networks providers to lodge complaints before they call the NCC's 622 hotline.
