NCC tells mobile operators to give customers 14-day data rollover

Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has told operators to give fourteen days' grace for subscribers to exhaust their remaining data after the 30-day expiry period. Executive Vice Chairman NCC Umar Danbata also said that if customer complaints are not solved by their network providers, they can turn to the regulator, which will take up the matter tp resolve it, including asking the service provider to compensate the subscriber.
