NCC to sanction Globacom for crossing interconnect rules

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has started enforcement action on Globacom for not adhering to the 10 percent threshold set for interconnect traffic by telecom companies, reports NAN citing the regulator's Q1 Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Report.
